Enabling notifications for changes to Google Sheets is quite an easy process. Just follow these few steps to turn it on.
STEP 1: Open your spreadsheet and click on Tools.
STEP 2: Find the Notification rules from the menu and click on this option.
STEP 3: A new window appears with few options. Select the option that is best for you.
NOTE: You can choose to receive an email every time any change is made or when a user submits a form. You can also select how often you want to receive these emails. You can use real-time notifications or just a daily digest.
STEP 4: Click the Save button.
How to Add, Edit, and Remove Notifications
As you can see, setting up the notification rules is quite easy, but this is not the end. You can also add another rule, edit the current one or remove a notification completely.
ADD RULE:Click Add Another Notification Rule, and select what you want, and click the Save button.
